Friedman Kaplan Represents Israel-Based Purple Bit in Acquisition by Autodesk

Friedman Kaplan counsel Asaf Reindel represented Purple Bit Ltd., a Tel Aviv-based startup company, in connection with the U.S. legal aspects of the acquisition of substantially all of its assets by an affiliate of Autodesk Inc.

Purple Bit provided cloud computing and web application services, including content-to-print software and hardware solutions. Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK) develops 3D design, engineering and entertainment software.
