Three Friedman Kaplan Attorneys Selected for 2022 LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder Programs
Friedman Kaplan is proud to announce that three of our associates have been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2022 Fellow and Pathfinder programs. LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. LCLD’s programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within member organizations to help a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
Elizabeth Bierut has been selected to join LCLD’s 2022 class of Fellows. Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that identifies, trains, mentors, and advances a diverse group of talented mid-career attorneys from member law firms and corporations. LCLD President Robert J. Grey Jr. notes that participants “will come away from it having learned from top leaders in the legal profession, as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching, on what it means to be a leader.”
Bria D. Delaney and Dielai Yang have been selected to join LCLD’s 2022 class of Pathfinders, which trains high-performing early career lawyers in law firms and corporate legal departments who have demonstrated potential to become future leaders in the legal profession. The seven-month program offers participants intensive training, experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers as well as LCLD Fellows and alumni.
“We congratulate Liz, Bria, and Dielai on their selections and are thrilled that they will be participating in LCLD’s valuable leadership development programs alongside talented attorneys from other member law firms and corporations,” said Friedman Kaplan Management Committee and LCLD member Mala Ahuja Harker. “I look forward to supporting each of their continued professional growth through these programs and beyond.”
