Priyanka Wityk Promoted to Counsel
Friedman Kaplan is proud to announce Priyanka Wityk has been promoted to counsel. Ms. Wityk, who joined the firm as a litigation associate in 2016, represents financial institutions and public and private companies in connection with complex commercial disputes involving antitrust, contract, securities, bankruptcy, and other issues. She also represents clients in white collar matters. In addition to her active litigation practice, Ms. Wityk is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2021 class of Fellows, a program designed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Ms. Wityk was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Pauley III of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She graduated from The George Washington University School of Law with highest honors and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa honors, from Boston University.
