Stan Chiueh Selected to Law360's Bankruptcy Editorial Advisory Board

Litigation partner Stan Chiueh has been selected as a member of Law360's 2021 Bankruptcy Editorial Advisory Board.  In that role, he will be part of a group of twelve attorneys who will provide feedback on Law360's bankruptcy-related coverage and offer insight on how best to shape future coverage.

Mr. Chiueh's practice regularly concerns the intersection of complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy law, including fraudulent conveyance, breach of fiduciary duty, and related issues arising out of leveraged buyouts, out-of-court restructurings, and similar complex transactions.
