Associates Daniel Greenberg and Timothy Haggerty Promoted to Counsel
Friedman Kaplan is proud to announce that corporate associate Daniel Greenberg and litigation associate Timothy Haggerty have been promoted to counsel, effective July 28, 2015.
Daniel Greenberg represents major public and private companies in connection with a broad range of corporate matters, including investments and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, employment and severance agreements, and commercial contracts. He also advises hedge fund and private equity fund managers and other clients in connection with compliance, governance, and fiduciary duty issues. He graduated from Cornell University, where he was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, and received his law degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Fordham Law Review.
Timothy Haggerty represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation and investigations, including actions arising under the securities laws, actions involving allegations of common law and securities fraud, commercial business disputes, and internal investigations. He also provides litigation and pre-litigation advice to individuals in the financial services industries. He graduated from Georgetown University, and received his law degree with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar, was admitted to the Order of the Coif, and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Review.
