Scott Berman Speaks at the Asset Recovery Americas Conference

Friedman Kaplan litigation partner Scott Berman spoke on a panel at the Asset Recovery Americas Conference in New York on December 1, 2022. The presentation, titled “I say discovery, you say disclosure (and that’s before we get to 1782 and Norwich Pharmacal),” compared the various routes to obtaining documents before and after commencement of proceedings, disclosure from third parties, discovery-related court orders, as well as trustees’ power to obtain documents.
