Scott Berman Speaks at Offshore Disputes Week

Litigation partner Scott Berman spoke at the Offshore Disputes Week conference in the Cayman Islands on March 26. Scott moderated a panel titled, “Working With Offshore Practitioners,” and discussed hiring and working with offshore counsel in multi-jurisdictional disputes (including prosecuting actions in multiple jurisdictions and onshore and offshore discovery) and using offshore counsel as experts in U.S. proceedings. Scott was joined on the panel by DLA Piper partner James Berger and Shelley White, a partner at Walkers Cayman Islands.
