Scott Berman Speaks at Offshore Disputes Week

Litigation partner Scott Berman will speak at the Offshore Disputes Week conference in the Cayman Islands on March 26. Scott will moderate on the panel titled, “Working With Offshore Practitioners,” and will discuss hiring and working with offshore counsel in multi-jurisdictional disputes (including prosecuting actions in multiple jurisdictions and onshore and offshore discovery) and using offshore counsel as experts in U.S. proceedings. Scott will be joined on the panel by DLA Piper partner James Berger and Shelley White, a partner at Walkers Cayman Islands.
