Elizabeth Bierut Speaks on Client Service Panel for Fordham Law's Bridge the Gap Program

Elizabeth Bierut spoke on a panel entitled "Client Service from a Private Practice Perspective" as part of Fordham University School of Law's Bridge the Gap program on Sunday, January 14. Liz discussed partnerships between in-house and outside counsel, the importance of understanding a client’s business, anticipating clients’ legal and business concerns, keeping abreast of industry developments, and strategizing on prophylactic measures to prevent litigation. The program offered CLE credit.
