Solano Speaks on NJCCA Panel on Healthcare Fraud Investigations

Friedman Kaplan partner Ricardo Solano Jr. participated in a CLE panel discussion titled "Healthcare Fraud: Avoiding & Managing Government Investigations" sponsored by the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.  Speakers from the U.S. Department of Justice, in-house counsel, and the defense bar discussed what a company can - and should – do to lessen the likelihood that it will find itself the subject of a healthcare fraud investigation and how to best position itself and manage the situation should one ever occur.
