On November 16, FK partner Ricardo Solano, Jr. spoke at the New Jersey Association for Justice's Meadowlands Seminar 2017, on a panel entitled "Ethics & Professionalism in Criminal Law."

Mr. Solano and his co-panelists discussed the responsibilities of defense attorneys in criminal matters.  The other panelists included: Walter Joseph Dirkin, Deputy Chief Assistant, Essex County Prosecutors Office, Christopher M. Farella, Counsel at ‎Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., Judith H. Germano, Founder of Germano Law LLC, Patricia M. Prezioso, a partner at McCusker Anselmi Rosen & Carvelli, and Kevin G. Walsh, a partner and Co-Chair of Government Affairs at Gibbons, P.C.
