CLE: Winning Cases in Federal Court
On July 11 and July 18th, Friedman Kaplan Partner Scott Berman spoke at the New York County Lawyers Association Continuing Legal Education Institute's Winning Cases in Federal Court program.
Mr. Berman and his co-panelists explored the latest issues involved in federal court practice, as the Hon. Barbara Moses, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, provided her insights into the issues the panelists discussed. The July 11th portion of the program focused on trial, and the July 18th portion on discovery, depositions, and experts.
The event was chaired by Joel M. Silverstein of Stern & Kilcullen, LLC, and the Hon. Barbara Moses, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York acted as judicial chair.
