Kyle C. Bailey
Kyle Bailey joined Friedman Kaplan in March 2025 to focus on complex commercial litigation, including technology-related disputes and appellate matters.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Kyle was an associate at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick P.L.L.C. in Washington, D.C., where he focused on litigation and appellate matters. Prior to that, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
